Days / 6:30a-7p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week (will accept 48 upon request), Every weekend, EOHLength:
13 weeksRequirements:
IN /compact licenseMinimum 2 years of strong Med/Surg experienceTrauma level II experience1 travel assignmentSkillset: PIV insertion, stables drips (heparin, lasix, protonix)AHA BLSAHA ACLSNIHSSCharge nurse experience preferredNG/PEG tubes, PIV insertion, Tikosyn doing, chest tubes preferredRecent Epic charting experienceOther Details:
First to float within skillsetPatient Population:
Chest pain, abdominal pain, flank plank, CVA/TIA, generalized weakness/awaiting placement/geri-psych placementUnit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 32 beds.
Ratio: Days 1-4:5; NOCs 1:5-7; Excellent LPN and CNA support. CN rarely takes patients on days, but takes assignment on NOC shift.Scrub Colors: Navy blue scrubsCovid-19 Vaccine Not Required -- Subject to changeNo local candidates (40 mile radius rule)
