Contract Analyst - Upstream
for our client in the Oil & Gas sector. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering Supply Chain Management (SCM) services and driving efficiency across various categories. This is a great opportunity to use your expertise in sourcing, negotiating, and supplier management while playing a crucial role in ensuring business needs are met.Responsibilities :Serve as a key liaison for assigned categories, providing active supply chain solutions.Lead the development of sourcing strategies and tactical execution plans for designated categories.Review key category and market factors to determine optimal sourcing strategies.Develop work plans and integrate schedules to align with business needs for timely execution.Implement continuous improvement and market intelligence practices to enhance efficiencies and cost savings.Develop bid tenders, negotiation templates, and lead efforts to solicit commercial offerings.Negotiate and maintain contractual terms using Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Purchase Orders (POs), and other contracts.Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, conducting Field Improvement Team (FIT) meetings.Ensure smooth operation of the requisition-to-payment (R2P) system.Qualifications :Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.Intermediate proficiency in conducting RFPs, sourcing evaluations, and managing post-award contracts.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Proven ability to implement plans and deliver results through effective organizational skills.Ability to understand business needs and manage supply chain activities efficiently.Demonstrates integrity and accountability, with a commitment to following through on commitments.Builds collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries to achieve goals.Responds flexibly and creatively to challenges, ensuring positive outcomes.Want to be notified of similar positions?
