Registered Nurse - ICU

Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our critical care team. In this role, you will provide exceptional care for patients with life-threatening conditions or complex comorbidities that require advanced organ support and invasive monitoring. You will thrive in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment where quick decision-making and deep critical thinking are essential.Key Responsibilities:Patient Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with severe and life-threatening conditions, such as overdose, post-surgery recovery, trauma, and chronic illnesses.Critical Thinking: Operate in a challenging environment, requiring strong knowledge, quick judgment, and problem-solving skills to manage patients with the highest acuity.Monitoring & Support: Utilize sophisticated monitoring equipment and techniques to assess patients' conditions and provide the necessary interventions for optimal outcomes.Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for patients in the ICU.Qualifications:Education:Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ASN or BSN) required.Licenses/Certifications:Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required.Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience is mandatory.MA or crisis license: Candidates with prior hits on their license are not eligible for the emergency license in Massachusetts.Skills:Proficient in computer charting systems, with experience using EPIC preferred. \n Certification: Basic Life Support
