The Loan Processor will play a critical role in facilitating the loan application and approval process.
Responsibilities:
Receiving and reviewing loan applications from clientsVerifying the accuracy and completeness of all required documents and informationPreparing loan files and ensuring they comply with regulatory guidelines and company policiesServing as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on the loan application status and addressing inquiries or concernsCollaborating with loan officers, underwriters, and other internal teams to ensure seamless coordination throughout the loan processing cycleQualifications:
Attention to detailAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
