Weekly Pay Range - $2210 To $2455 Job Title: RN Labor and Delivery Job Specialty: Labor & Delivery/Postpartum Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 3 years License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, NRP & EFM (required every 2 years), ACLS (preferred) Must-Have: - Experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Circulate, and Newborn Care Job Description: - Work in a 25-bed Labor & Delivery Unit which includes L&D, postpartum (PP), newborn nursery (NBN), operating rooms (ORs), and Antepartum rooms (ANU).- Provide care for all patient populations, with a daily census averaging between 15-25 mothers, babies, and laboring individuals.- Maintain clinician-to-patient ratios of 1:2-3 during evaluations, 1:1 during active labor, and when managing situations like magnesium drip or epidural.- Engage in rotating shifts with both day and night rotations required, including one night of call. Evening and night positions are straight shifts.- Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system for charting.- Floating between units is not required.
