You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Technology Business Function Manager is a key member of the Technology organization and plays a strategic role in supporting the Technology executive leadership team.  This role provides counsel, assistance, and oversight of the organization's strategy and operational activities, including driving a cadence of disciplined and predictable execution.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupports the Technology Division Head in developing and executing the technology team strategy in alignment with overall business objectivesLeads special projects with operational/business/technical program management, including risk related activities and remediation effortsEnsures compliance with regulatory, financial, legal, and corporate policiesGathers, analyzes and interprets data to drive financial plans including budget, spend, headcount allocation, and capital costsConducts financial analysis and provides recommendations to reduce costs while maintaining operational effectivenessDevelops and implements strategies to streamline processes, improve resource allocation, and drive financial efficiencyPrepares and presents reports, analyses, and executive summaries to the leader and senior leadership teamMonitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides insights to support data-driven decision-makingEnsures operational cadences are planned for and executed onFacilitates effective communication and information flow between the leader, executive team, and various stakeholdersCollaborates with the leader to define and cascade objectives and key results (OKRs) throughout the leader's organizationMonitors progress against OKRs, tracks key milestones, and provides regular updates to the leader and leadership teamIdentifies potential roadblocks and proactively recommends solutions to ensure OKR achievementSupports the leader in fostering a positive and engaging work environment within the leader's organizationCollaborates with leadership team to ensure employee engagement initiatives are developed and implementedFacilitates effective communication channels, promotes collaboration, and recognizes employee achievementsThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in a Technology or Business-related fieldTen (10) years of relevant experienceTwo (2) years of related projects and initiatives experiencePrior process improvement experienceSkills and CompetenciesAbility to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationAbility to learn additional systems as neededAbility to research, analyze data, and derive factsAbility to work in a team environment when applicableAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesDemonstrated leadership capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Strong influencing skillsStrong verbal, written communication, and organizational skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivationThis position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary location being  Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN,Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely.Position TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum:$159,040.40 USDMedian:$203,350.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan.
