Introduction:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Residential Administrator to join our team. The Residential Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Essential functionsAnswer the phoneGreet customers (find out the purpose of the visit, retail or commercial )Accept and process credit card payments at the counter and over the phoneProcess over the counter sales (cash sales)Mail - open, stamp photocopy and distributeAssist with work ordersPre and post install client follow up communicationHandle material only post sale follow upMaintain Price List FilesMaintain file cabinets and filingOvernight mailAssist with company event coordinationSchedule Lunch and Learns with vendors for Floors Etc. employeesGeneral office dutiesBack up to showroom assistantAssist Showroom Manager with Daily Tasks

Work environment

This position is on-site in Timonium MDWorkdays are Monday through Friday.Physical Demands

Operate a computer and other office productivity machineryOccasionally move product boxes up to 20 pounds for various needs.Required qualifications
