With new machines recently installed, and more on the way, they are dedicated to keeping up with the latest, state-of-the-art technology.This is an opportunity to leverage your current lathe experience and work with live tooling, while gaining exposure to a variety of other high-end machining technologies. What's more, the stated call of the leadership team is to continue to develop their leadership depth so as to continue to be able to promote from within. You will be responsible for the programming, set up, and operation of lathe machines (DMG Mori NLX3000).This is a

1st shift

position with a flexible start time of 6 AM on Monday- Friday. The goal is to maintain a strong work-life balance.Benefits for the role include:PTOHolidaysMedical/Dental/Vision401kVarious company eventsResponsibilities:Program lathe machines at the machine and on EspritSet up and operate CNC lathesEdit programs at the machinePerform first article and in process inspectionsLearn other machining capabilities within the operationsQualifications:Experience programming CNC lathe (Esprit preferred)Experience setting up and operating lathesKnowledge of Mori Seiki and or DMG lathes is a great plusAbility to edit programs at the machineUnderstanding of blueprints, drawings, and modelsKnowledge of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges etc.AMC is an Equal Opportunity employer.
