Workday Student Delivery Lead,

your primary responsibilities may include:Lead or support the Student Project Management workstream on a Workday implementation project.Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.Researching and resolving day to day Workday Student Project Management issuesWork with client to support the new requirements for Student Project Management in WorkdayCreating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changesProvide support for regular and special Student Project Management processes in WorkdayProvide support Student Project Management activities like posting, bank transfers and paychecks in WorkdayProvide support for Legal and regulatory reports in WorkdayProvide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in WorkdayManage small on andoff-shorefunctional teamsIdentify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirementsArchitect Workday Student solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigatedAdvise clients on industry standards and leading practices.Demonstrate design optionsthrough the use ofprototyping.Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies.Provide the Student Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectivesSupport innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assetsTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirementsHere's what you need:Workday Partner CertificationMinimum of 8 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level roleMinimum of 4 years of Workday Student ImplementationsBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associates Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Bonus points if you have:You have 4 years of Student PM related implementationsYou demonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processesYou have experience in Higher Education Workday implementationsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
