Small global manufacturing company is seeking an accountant to support CFO as company is growing in employee size and revenue. The company is seeking the right candidate that fits their culture and is seeking to have you start quickly! The company has amazing benefits which include 401k, life insurance, LTD, PTO of 3 weeks and 100% medical/dental/vision coverage for employee and 50% coverage for dependents. The role is 100% on site until after training, and then 1 WFH day weekly. You cannot get better benefits than this, can you?

Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable: Process and manage customer invoice payments. Collect on past due B2B accounts, resolve any discrepancies. Negotiate payment plans when needed.Accounts Payable: Review invoices and process for payments. Reconcile and resolve disprepancies on invoices.Reconcile bank and credit card statements and document accurately in accounting system.Sales Tax Reporting: Prepare and files sales tax to local and state regulations. Keep up to date with regulations to remain compliant.Commission Calculations: Calculate commissions timely and and ensure accuracy. Provide reports on Sales Commissions
