Strategic Staffing Solutions needs 2 Business Savvy Data Analysts to join their largest client in the Financial Services/Wealth Management/Investment Banking industry in Charlotte, NC TARGET PAY RANGE: $69-76/HR W2 - THESE ARE CONTRACT TO HIRE ROLES, SO OUR CLIENT PLANS TO CONVERT TO FULL TIME EMPLOYEES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE LOCATION: MUST WORK IN HYBRID CAPACITY IN CHARLOTTE, NC W2 ONLY - NO C2C OR OPT - MUST BE USC OR GREEN CARD HOLDER DUE TO FTE CONVERSION REQUIREMENT JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client is seeking a self-starter experienced in organizational transformation, data strategy, and superior execution in and across a matrixed environment. Their team is heavily focused on complex data analysis, data comparison, reconciliation, and SQL optimization to assist with the migration of applications from a legacy tech framework to a modern tech framework. In this role, you will: Be part of the Finance Data Product team within the Finance Transformation Office (FTO) Lead complex initiatives related to finance data strategy, application processes, and controls, as well as consulting on business process performance and optimization Provide advice and technical expertise on complex data/platform migration analysis and research to support management decision-making functions Engage and lead performance improvement and optimization efforts of high volume/near real-time reporting solutions Design best practices, train, and provide guidance on performance tuning Make decisions to maintain effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standards and internal control standards Lead the implementation of the most complex initiatives impacting multiple lines of business companywide Meet deliverables and drive new initiatives with a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Required Qualifications: 7 years of Finance/Wealth Management/Investment Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Product domain expertise - Loans/Traded Products/Deposits/GL Advanced SQL Skills, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau Data Analysis / Data Engineering Expertise Automation & Reporting Tools Expertise (nice to have) - ThoughtSpot Good communication & presentation skills Desired Qualifications: Dremio (nice to have), NetApp Storage, Informatica (nice to have), Hive/Hadoop Iceberg (nice to have), Databricks (nice to have)
