Position Overview

Shift Details
Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p-7a
Responsibilities
Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
Facilitate patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses
Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Job Requirements
2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care Critical Care RN experience within unit required
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
Current BLS required
Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
BSN is preferred
