Responsibilities

As an IT Project Manager, Job duties include:

Maintain and enforce project scope, timelines, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure successful project delivery.Work closely with various teams within external agencies, facilitating communication and collaboration among Studio, UX, developers, and marketing experts.Coordinate deployment schedules in collaboration with business stakeholders to align project goals.Conduct brief, timely, and focused daily stand-up meetings to keep teams aligned and informed.Lead sprint planning and grooming meetings, ensuring effective indexing and execution of tasks while tracing ticket assignments.Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changes in procedures and assignments as project needs evolve.Effectively understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues.Skills:

2 + years of technical project management experience, with proven capabilities in managing IT projects using Kanban and Agile Scrum methodologies.Proficiency in JIRA and Workfront; familiarity with QA development and testing processesKnowledge of Sitecore and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS tools is a plus.Proficiency with Google Analytics.Our client values innovation, collaboration, and the drive to achieve excellence.
