Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in the Florence SC area in the search for an
MRO Clerk . The MRO Clerk will collaborate with departments to ensure timely procurement of MRO supplies.
Hours:
Must be able to work night shift!
Rotating a 4 days on/4 days off schedule including weekemds
Pay rate:
$19.85 an hour
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of MRO inventory levels and transactionsMonitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure adequate inventoryCoordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, and track deliveriesReceive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and qualityUpdate inventory management system with received items and maintain documentationOrganize and maintain storage areas for MRO suppliesAssist with the identification and implementation of cost-saving initiativesCollaborate with other departments to ensure timely procurement of MRO suppliesAssist with administrative tasks as needed to support the maintenance departmentQualifications:
•Previous experience in inventory management or related field is a plus
•Previous Forklift experience preferred
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Excellent organizational and time management skill
•Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Knowledge of MRO supplies and maintenance processes is desirable but not required

Pay Details:
$19.85 per hour
