Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role is pivotal in driving financial strategy and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives andbusiness planning.•Analyze financial statements, reports, and trends to provide actionable insights andrecommendations.•Prepare detailed financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment withcompany goals.•Conduct variance analysis and present findings to senior management.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and identify areasfor improvement.•Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports for stakeholders.•Monitor industry trends and market conditions to inform financial strategies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.•Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related role.•Retail, restaurant or convenience store experience is a plus.•Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.•Excellent communication and presentation skills.•Proficiency in financial software and Excel; experience with ERP systems a plus
