Position Overview:
We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish speaking) loan officer assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our clients loan officers. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Great position for a processor or Jr Underwriter that knows how to structure loans.
Responsibilities:Assist loan officers with the mortgage application process, including gathering documentation and completing paperworkCommunicate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate the loan processPrepare loan files for submission to underwriting and ensure all required documentation is accurate and completeCoordinate with processors, underwriters, and other team members to ensure timely processing and closing of loansMaintain accurate records and files for all loan transactionsProvide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the loan processStay current on industry regulations and lending guidelinesRequirements:
Can reside in any state located in the CST, EST or MST time zone. Will be required to work in Easter time zone schedule.Previous experience in mortgage lending or related field preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProficiency with mortgage origination software and MS Office SuiteBenefits:
