Hayward, San Leandro, Oakland, Berkeley areasOur offices are located in Orinda and Santa Clara, CA and we are looking for the right persons to join our Home Health Team. Positions can start per-diem or part time and could quickly grow into a full time, benefited position.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.Two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapistDemonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skillPossesses and maintains current CPR Certification.Minimum of 1-2 years of Home Health experience is preferred.
Estimated Annual Full Time Compensation: $124K to $202K (This position is paid on a per-visit basis)
