The ideal candidate will be skilled in machining and capable of producing high-quality parts according to specifications with 5-10 years of Experience.Key Responsibilities:CNC Milling Operations: Set up and operate Hurco CNC mills to perform precision machining tasks.Programming: Utilize WinMax software to create and modify CNC programs for milling operations.Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience as a milling machinist, specifically with Hurco CNC mill minimum of 5 years of experience. Ideal candidate has 10 years of experience.Software Proficiency: Familiarity with WinMax CNC programming software.Skills: Strong understanding of machining techniques, blueprints, and technical drawings.Attention to Detail: Ability to produce precise and high-quality parts with minimal supervision.Education: Relevant technical training or certification in machining is preferred.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and handle heavy materials.
