The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by offering and closing our consulting services to business owners across the United States and Canada. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in account management, leadership, and business development, particularly within sales.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
Lead sales initiatives and manage sales teams
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key business owners and decision-makers
Identify new market opportunities and drive growth
Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team
Collaborate with marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales strategies
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
Set sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded
Regularly monitor progress towards hitting sales targets and adjust tactics in response to performance data
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge
Develop and implement team-building activities to strengthen team cohesion and morale
Recognize and reward team and individual achievements to motivate and retain top talent
Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth
RequirementsProven experience as a Sales Director or similar role in the automotive consulting industry
Strong background in account management, leadership, and business development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain influential relationships inside and outside the organization
In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

The Sales Director role is a full-time, in-person position based at our Phoenix, AZ headquarters. Our compensation package includes:Base Salary : A competitive base salary commensurate with experience and industry standards.
Performance Bonuses : Quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to individual and team sales targets and company performance.
Commission : Attractive commission structure on closed deals, with no cap on earnings.
