Job Description:

Working within the internal Finance team, the

Finance Associate (Treasury)

is responsible for the treasury administration and management of Baker Tilly's various bank accounts, financial instruments, as well as various forecasting models.

Responsibilities include the management of treasury related accounts, activities and models, as well as the assistance with data analysis and other ad-hoc projects specific to financial operation compliance and reporting.

This position ensures processes are executed appropriately, accurately, and timely. The Finance Associate understands and advocates for continuous improvement, and embraces change management with specific processes and tools, all in support of a growing and dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

1.Treasury management activities and assist with data analysis and forecasting models.Create, utilize and analyze various forecasting models, both in MS Excel as well as in Treasury Management System.Assistance with management and administration of the Firm's various bank accounts and financial instruments.Assistance with management of the Firm's financial recordkeeping, compliance, and reporting structures.Execute treasury activities accurately and timely.2. Assist with financial operation compliance and reporting needs.

Complete data analysis on treasury related accountsPerform maintenance and audits of financial & treasury databases to ensure accuracy and integrity of data structures (HighRadius treasury management system).

3. Assist with project management tasks related to maintaining and enhancing financial IT systems and processes.

4. Support various ad-hoc projects and financial initiatives within the firm. Advocate for continuous improvements and embrace change.

5. Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 1-3 years finance and/or accounting experience, with system/technology exposure, and experience with Treasury related tasks.

2. Demonstrated project management skills.

3. High level of Excel technical knowledge, skills, and experience.

4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as ability to follow directions and procedures required.

5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment with frequent interruptions.

6. Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, interpersonal skills.

7. A sense of urgency and a commitment to quality and timely completion of projects.

8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

9. Strong leadership skills including collaboration, assertiveness, diplomacy, respect for differing opinions, creative thinking, and drive.

10. Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, maintain confidentiality, and display appropriate ethical knowledge.
