This position will continuously seek to identify and implement process improvements.Collect, analyze, develop and monitor annual budgetsAssist in monthly forecasting updatesWork with various departments across the organization to identify reporting needsAssist in creating and maintaining dashboards to monitor key performance indicatorsProvide financial analysis and support for investment decisions.Identify and implement improvements to financial systems, tools, and processedSupport and assist in various ad hoc projects as requestedWork Hours:

This is a full-time position that will report to the Financial Budgeting Controller, interact with the accounting team, other departments and ownership.Qualifications:3+ years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance.Experience with Power BI preferredRequired: Bachelors degree in accounting or finance, Masters degree a plus.Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and manage competing tasksMust be able to work and participate in a team environmentMust have a working knowledge of GAAP.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good analytical judgment and problem-solving skills while demonstrating high ethical standards.
