Job Details2nd shift Mon-Thu, 4:30 pm to 3:15 am:Sets up machines to run correctly and consistentlyOperates precision machineryReceives process travelers and verifies that the components are correctReceives raw material and loads machines or fixturing if necessaryVerify and troubleshoot new program initial run on multi-axis milling machinesUses precision measuring instruments to perform first piece and in-process inspections for conformance to blueprint specifications, in accordance with inspection plansMake necessary adjustments for first articlesFollows procedures for units that are out of specificationQualifications:
2+ years of CNC Machining - Swiss CitizenExp with milling and/or lathesExp with Swiss Citizen, Mikron 5 Axis, Haas, Mazak, Mikron, DMG Mori and/or Swiss (Citizen, Tsugami)Technical school preferred in CNC MachiningMust pass drug screen and background check
