Deliver glass to individual companies and job sites, e.g., to our customers.
Checking and securing loadsStrong communication skillsAbility to communicate well with customersCalling in backordersPicking up and returning productKeeping updated on routine daily paperworkKeeping and updating driver's logDaily and thorough inspection of vehicle to include documentation as neededJob Specifics: Driving RequirementsDrives truck over an established route to deliver glass and make changes by performing the following duties:Will be driving a 26ft straight truck (box)Job is physical and will require lifting.Driver will be responsible for assisting with the load out of their truck.You will be required to pass a road testMaintain vehicle mileage log and log book when requiredSafely deliver product to customer in a timely mannerComplete paperwork correctly (shippers/return slips)Performs routine maintenance on truck to include cleaning as neededLog in patterns and returned itemsIssues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery*Must pass DOT UA testAbility to provide good customer service to our customers and resolve issues as neededGreat attendance and work ethics - Team Player.Primary warehouse duties included: such as loading/offloading
