A renowned company in the wireless communications infrastructure sector is seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join their ESG/Sustainability team. This position offers a competitive benefits and compensation package and is perfect for individuals who excel in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Role Overview:As the Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sustainability strategies for our client. You will be involved in developing and implementing sustainability goals, driving programs to enhance shareholder value, and overseeing the annual Sustainability Report in line with ESG reporting standards and stakeholder expectations.Key Responsibilities:Sustainability Reporting: Assist in crafting the annual Sustainability Report, ensuring compliance with ESG reporting standards and addressing stakeholder expectations.Climate and Emissions Management: Manage climate-risk assessments and emissions accounting to ensure future compliance and verification.Data Analysis: Analyze both quantitative and qualitative ESG data to support sustainability initiatives, this includes reporting for the SEC.Project Management: Lead cross-functional sustainability projects to advance the company’s sustainability strategy.Performance Tracking: Prepare reports to monitor progress against sustainability targets and key ESG metrics. Oversee budget and expenditures related to sustainability efforts.ESG Engagement: Prepare responses for ESG rating agencies and key customers to optimize ESG scores and improve market positioning.Presentation and Reporting: Draft presentation materials and contribute to management reports.Team Supervision: Provide guidance and coaching to Analysts.Additional Duties: Undertake other projects and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications & Requirements:Educational Background: Masters Degree in Business, Sustainability, or a related field preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for management consulting background.Expertise: Proven experience in carbon accounting and knowledge of ESG Reporting Standards such as TCFD, TNFD, SASB, and GRI.Technical Skills: Proficiency in GHG Protocol Standards and familiarity with SBTi Standards. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Travel: Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time (approximately one day per month).Certifications:

A valid Government Issued Driver’s License is required. CPA and CFA certifications are preferred.
