Foxdale Village includes 57 apartments and 148 cottages and offers a range of health services with 46 beds in skilled nursing for short and long-term care, two memory care neighborhoods, and 55 beds in personal care, all with private accommodations. We currently have an opportunity for a new Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.We are hiring for a Full-Time position and expected work 32 hours per week, 8 working evening shits per pay period (2:00pm - 10:30pm).Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Duties Include:Deliver direct care to residents according to the individualized plans of care in a timely manner.Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, and transferring.Respond to call bells, safety devices, and resident requests in a timely manner.Accurately document resident care at electronic kiosks using PointClickCare.Maintain confidentiality of the residents.Identify and report changes in physical, psychological, and social well-being.Participate in activities, programs, and incorporate rehabilitation principles into delivery of care to the residents.Assume responsibility for and complete required documentation legibly and in a timely manner.Ability to interact with fellow Foxdale Team members, residents, and residents' family members confidently and effectively.Exhibit a friendly, caring approach while dealing with staff, residents, and residents' family members.Identify and report problems with equipment or other hazards immediately upon discovery.Provide escort services to outside appointments, as needed.Maintain regular and predictable attendance in order to meet the daily health care needs of the residents.Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant Benefits at Foxdale Village Include:Health, Dental & Vision Insurance PlansShort Term, Long Term, and Life Insurance PlansPaid time off (PTO)Time and a half pay for holidays worked403 (B) retirement program with Match Options Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Tuition Reimbursement ProgramEmployee EventsCareer Development OpportunitiesYears of Service Recognition ProgramRequirementsEducation: High school diploma or its equivalent and completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program.Experience: Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferredPhysical: Intermittent physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting at least fifty pounds (with assistance when needed), and supporting the residents.Training: Certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Health or certification from a state other than Pennsylvania with proof of transferring certification to Pennsylvania.
