Austin, TX.**No Visa Sponsorship**Role Summary:Responsible for following operating procedures and responding to production support tickets for the FICO and GR modules within predefined service level agreementsResponsible for resolving and raising complex SAP related support requests to appropriate resources for resolutionUnderstand support problems in applicable functional area and analyze options to resolve appropriate solutionsCapture requirement, identify gaps and design solutionsMust have prior work experience in the following:AR, AP, GL, AA, and COPA areasDemonstrable experience in New GL and Document split functionalityAutomatic Payments with DMEE, XML and iDocsRevenue RecognitionTax on sales and purchasesExposure 3rd party taxation tools like Sabrix, Taxware or VertexWithholding TaxSound knowledge in Intercompany processes through Edi-IDocsExposure to Interfaces and development thereofKnowledge in Bank communicationLock box and Electronic Bank statement with search stringsIntegration with SD, MM and PS modulesWorking with IDocsLocal GAAP Reporting using special purpose ledgersForeign currency valuation and translationPeriod end closing processCredit Card processesCollection, Dispute, and Credit ManagementMulti-currency global landscapeRequired Qualifications:10+ years of SAP FICO experience including end-to-end project implementations2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA FICOMust have worked in AR, AP, new GL, AA, and COPA areasComfortable with project management and managing a team of 6+Prior experience managing onsite/offshore teams and project workPreferred QualificationsExperience of working in technology spaceExperience of working in Asset accounting management, FSCM, BRS, FICA, BRF+ and RAR.Experience in Retail spaceExperience in sophisticated IT landscapes with numerous heterogenous systems interacting with each otherAbility to debug ABAP CodeFamiliar with SDLC Methodologies like ASAPSAP Certification in FICO
