Our client is a boutique RIA located in the San Francisco Bay area. They are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join their team. If you are looking for a role that will be immediately client-facing and offer an amazing growth path, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities Include:
-Develop comprehensive financial plans for clients.
-Answer client questions or inquiries as needed.
-Utilize financial planning software effectively.
-Assist other lead advisors with ongoing relationships and financial planning.
-Interest in continuing to grow the current business and network within the community.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree, preferably in finance or financial planning.
-7-10 years of experience in financial planning and a client-facing role.
-CFP Required, CFA or CPA is a bonus
-Growth Mindset.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Experience with eMoney required.
-Experience working in the UHNW and/or fee-only space is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
-Base salary plus bonus. Base salary starting at $120k-$150k+, commensurate with experience.
-401k.
-Health insurance.
-Profit Sharing.
-Mostly in the office to start, with some hybrid flexibility.
