Full-time, normally 8:30 4:00, Monday Friday, and as neededFUNCTION:
This position is responsible for budget preparation, general forecasting, maintenance of the accounting system, preparation and analysis of monthly finance reports, the general oversight of area finances and to ensure compliance with policy, contracts, and grants. Position requires responsibility to maintain the financial integrity of The Salvation Army Cincinnati Area Services.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent experience.Prefer a minimum of 3 years experience of grants and contracts in non-profit environmentExperience on accounting software a must, Serenic system experience a plus.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with solid Excel experience and capabilitiesExperience in budget preparation and finance data analysisSelf-motivated
