Job Summary:As a Desktop Technician, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our customers and proactively identifying their needs.You'll work to create the ideal experience that any customer would seek to encounter.

Creating and resolving Desktop issues for employees Onsite.Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix itemsReceive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applicationsManagement and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference)Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow toolDocuments, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.Ability to setup, configure and add all hardware.Comfortable with face-to-face interactions as will be required to provide technical support to end users in-person at the customer's site.

Qualifications:

Drug-screen and Background screening1-2 years of related work experienceSolid experience and understanding of IT services and products.Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge.Must be able to lift up to 40lbsPersonable.Relatable and responsible when interacting with ALL customers.Consultative approach to solving issues.Reliable transportation

TOP required skill:

Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs.

Overall years of experience:

1-2 years of experience supporting PC Hardware and software.

Specific certifications or education:

A+ certification a plus (not required)
