Purpose: Mill Bulk Material Handler
The Mill Bulk Material Handler is responsible for trailer movement and tracking throughout the trailer yard including trailer protection for safe food storage until product is used. This position will be operating a yard dog and will be responsible for loading and unloading hopper bottom trailers.

A thorough understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, cost management, and other effective manufacturing and distribution techniques is desired.OrganizationCommunicationAttention to DetailMechanicalForward PlanningExperience driving a "semi sized" vehicle ir backing up an 18+ ft. trailer, boat, etc.Responsibilities:
Track trailers and inventory of the trailer lotEnsure Mill has bulk ingredients loaded per scheduleCommunicate with Operator and verify pit switchover, ingredients needed, and amounts verifiedUnload and load flour out of a hopper bottom trailerCheck seals and always verify paperwork and condition of tailersTake samples from front and back of hoppersMove van trailersStage trailers in heated shedInventory including FIFOClean unload bay, trucks, and trailersTote overheads out when necessaryAssist in handling bulk totes when necessaryHours: 6am - 5pm Monday - Thursday
Compensation: $20 per Hour
