Administration Coordinator, Leagues and Tournaments - Black Bear Sports Group
This position works in the Black Bear's leagues and tournament divisions,with specific emphasis in year one on Hockey Power Rankings and Black Bear TV. As Administration Coordinator, Leagues and Tournaments, you have direct responsibility for:
Short term goals:Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Black Bear TV including but not limited to customer communication, event planning and execution and problem-solving
Coordinate,Black Bear TV schedule collection, updates, and weekend operations
Score entry for Hockey Power RankingsCommunicate with with BBTV and HPR customersLong Term goals for the Division as a whole:
League and Tournament Operations
Scheduling, operations, and communications to ensure BBTVare run professionallyCollaborate with clubs to ensure accuracy of Hockey Power RankingsCollaborate to develop customer communication andadministration strategy
Revenue growth
Assess and develop new strategies for add-ons e.g.coverageMaximize customer retention
Experience Requirements:The candidate should have an understanding of American youth hockey structure existing leagues and youth organizations.Knowledge of AWS a plus3+ years of administration experience
Must be able to work weekends.
