The Woodlands Hospital
based freestanding emergency centers throughout the Greater Houston area provide a more streamlined process for hospital admissions, if needed, than non-hospital affiliated clinics and urgent care centers. If needed, we refer and transport patients to the nearest CHI St. Lukes Health hospital for direct admittance, providing the resources of a larger facility at a convenient location.Our world needs compassion like never before. In this role, your patients will be critically ill or unstable following extensive injury, surgery, or life threatening diseases. Our nurses wear many hats daily from patient advocate to family advisor and, in some cases, even friend.MedSurg Nurse Role:Patience and focus to constantly monitor high acuity settingProven ability to think and react quickly in critical situationsProficiency with telemetry / cardiac MonitoringPassion for excellence in delivering quality careIf you are ready to start a career with an established team in an organization that understands the importance of your lifes calling, its time to connect with St Lukes!Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Associates Degree in Nursing or DiplomaLicensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of TexasBLS with skills demonstrationOne Year RN expereincePreferred Qualifications:One (1) year of RN experience on a MedSurg unitBachelors in Nursing PreferredPrior charge expereince desired
