Adminstrative Assistant - Part Time
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for working collaboratively with the Executive Director and other departments in assisting with the office and clerical needs for the staff at Britelife Recovery . Additionally, the Administrative Assistant facilitates and maintains effective communication with clients, vendors, outside agencies and Britelife Recovery staff.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:
Essential Functions:
Job Type: Full Time; hours determined by Facility
Serves as administrative contact for staff, vendors, and outside agencies.
Performs bookkeeping duties as necessary.
Forwards invoices for timely processing.
Prepares, processes, and files documents.
Maintains office supplies and inventories.
Runs and creates reports as necessary.
Maintains confidentiality of all information.
Special Projects as needed.
Positively promotes current organization to prospective clients and employees.
Non- Essential Functions:
Performs other duties as assigned.
Professional Requirements:
Complete annual education requirements.
Maintains standards of professional society procedures and ethical behavior.
