Responsibilities
•Safely handle customer items by moving, packing, and unpacking them with care•Maintain open and clear communication with team members, clients, and move coordinators•Adhere to instructions provided by the Team Leader and promptly report any existing damages to items•Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and effectively manage high-pressure situations•Demonstrate punctuality and flexibility in accommodating work schedules
Qualifications
•Must successfully pass background check, drug screen, and driving record check•Required to have consistent and reliable attendance•Willingness to work flexible hours, which may include weekends, holidays, and overtime•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds•While experience with electric lifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks is a plus, it is not mandatory
