Technical/Functional Skills•Test Automation: Expertise in test automation strategies and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Pytest, etc.).•CI/CD Pipelines: Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).•Cloud Infrastructure: Expertise in AWS and cloud-based test automation.•Architectural Design: Experience in designing and scaling test architectures.•Monitoring: Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog).•Reporting: Experience with tools like Allure for test reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities•Lead the design and architecture of the entire testing framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.•Define the testing strategy, including automated test case development, integration with CI/CD pipelines, and comprehensive report generation.•Ensure the testing framework supports both functional and non-functional testing (performance, security, etc.).•Oversee the implementation of testing tools (e.g., Selenium, API testing frameworks) and ensure seamless integration with AWS services.•Collaborate with different engineering teams to ensure testing is comprehensive and covers all functional aspects of the system.•Define and implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms for early detection of failures.•Establish reporting standards and oversee the generation of consolidated test reports.
Base Salary Range - $100K - $110K/Annum
