The 1930's hotel is a recipient of both the Forbes Four-Star Award and the AAA Four-Diamond Award. This position is responsible for performing spa services in the manner trained by The Hotel Hershey. This position participates in the post-offer employment testing program. This is a part-time year round position. The working schedule for this position may include days, evenings, weekends & holidays based on operational needs. Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Perform all services for which training has been received in the allotted periodMaintain all treatment rooms in a sanitary conditionPromote and sell retail productsKeep work area neat and clean at all timesKeep work area stocked with sufficient supplies for a full day of operationClean equipment and common areas used after performing servicesParticipate in maintaining neatness of service waiting areasFold towels and linens for use in the service areasQualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or olderCurrent license/certification/registration required; graduation from recognized massage school and/or national massage certification is preferred.Current PA massage license requiredThis position participates in the post-offer employment testing program.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have professional image and the ability to communicate well with othersJob Demands:

Constantly (67 - 100% of time)Stand, Reach Forward ,Finger, and GraspFrequently (34 - 66% of time)Lift (0-10 lbs), Walk, Climb stairs, Stoop, and Handle Objects.Occasionally (1 - 33%)Lift (11 - 50 lbs), Carry (0 - 50 lbs), Push (0-50 lbs.), Pull (0-50 lbs.),Sit, Reach Overhead, Balance, Crouch, Operate ControlsShifts vary according to business needs, and are typically 6-8 hour shiftsThis is a part-time year-round position.The working schedule for this position may include days, evenings, weekends & holidays based on operational needs.Weekends required and flexibility with other days based on business needs.This is a union position and the work schedule will be based on union seniority.Candidates must be able to meet scheduled requirements, which will most likely require evening and weekend hours.Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
