A minimum of four years experience in OnBase Technical SupportA minimum of two years experience in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) sectorHyland OnBase Certifications: System Administrator, Workflow Administrator, and OnBase Support SpecialistBachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fieldA combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basisWe Also Value
Experience training others in OnBaseExcellent written, listening, and communication skills, including interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolutionAdvanced analysis and judgment skillsWorks well in a team environmentStrong telephone presence and speech skillsJob Contributions
Maintain and monitor issues and requests within ticket tracking systems, including resolving production issues, managing customer interactions and expectationsDesign, code, and test enhancements and defect fixes to a large and complex on-prem OnBase Content Management System (CMS)Develop and implement modifications of applications, troubleshoot programming problems to isolate program issues, and take appropriate action to correctTrain users in the operation of the applicationReview departmental needs and user requests for program changes, bug fixes, system enhancements, and new programsEvaluate workflow and methods, recommend and implement appropriate automated systems and proceduresWrite and maintain operating procedures; create disaster recovery documentation, training documentation, and instructional documentationEvaluate application system efficiency and performance, make recommendations and plans for improvementWorking Conditions
This work is performed in a general office/remote work environment and may require working outside of regularly scheduled hours when resolving service-impacting incidents. This role provides 24/7 on-call support as part of a rotation within the teamSelection Procedure
