IT ManagerJob Summary:The Enterprise Analyst is responsible for maintaining and administering the existing Enterprise Desktop Technology Domain (EDTD) hardware and software across our clients organization. The role includes leading and participating in projects that implement EDTD technologies, providing technical assistance and mentoring to IT staff, and evaluating and recommending new or improved methods, tools, or systems for future technology solutions. The Enterprise Analyst will also serve as a consultant for business units, guiding process analysis and technology decisions related to enterprise desktop applications and systems.Key Responsibilities:Maintain & Administer Enterprise Desktop Technology:Support and manage existing EDTD hardware and software across our clients organization.Act as a technical expert for complex issues involving Microsoft Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, and other relevant enterprise desktop technologies.Project Participation:Collaborate on projects to implement and integrate EDTD solutions throughout the organization.Act as the lead resource on projects that utilize or affect enterprise systems resources.Subject Matter Expertise:Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and mentoring to IT staff and other technology users.Offer support for 3rd-level IT escalation, including networking, group policy, and security administration.Technology Evaluation & Recommendation:Assess and recommend new or enhanced tools, methods, and systems to improve EDTD operations.Help integrate future technology solutions across our clients organization.Consultation & Leadership:Steer business unit process analysis and technology decision-making by offering expert consultation on desktop applications and implementation strategies.Serve as a key resource in technology decisions that impact enterprise systems.Relationships:Internal:Collaborates across all levels of employees within our clients organization, including regular interactions with IT departments.External:Engages with consulting firms, hardware and software vendors, and technical personnel from other organizations.Qualifications:Education:Required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.Preferred:

Bachelors degree in a computer-related field.Experience:Required:

At least six (6) years of technical experience supporting or administering relevant technology in a medium-size corporate environment (e.g., Microsoft Windows, MS Office, Active Directory).A college degree may substitute for four (4) years of related experience.Enterprise-level certification (e.g., Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft End-Point Manager Administrator) may substitute for experience or education requirements.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):Required:Expertise in Microsoft Desktop technology products (e.g., Windows 10+, MS Office, MS Project).Proficiency in system administration tools like Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and BeyondTrust Power Broker.Experience with software deployment and imaging technologies (e.g., System Center Configuration Manager).Knowledge of software package development tools (e.g., AdminStudio, Orca).PowerShell scripting expertise.Experience with Apple desktop technologies (e.g., OS X, iOS, JAMF Casper Suite).Familiarity with mobile computing technologies (e.g., Microsoft Direct Access).Understanding of service management infrastructure components.Inventory and CMDB management skills (SQL, PC lifecycle management).Work Safely:Demonstrates a commitment to safety in all work practices.Our client is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
