for womens health. As the nations 9th largest stand-alone obstetrical service averaging annually 9K births and 7K surgeries, we are a
major teaching affiliate of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University for OB/GYN and newborn pediatrics
as well as several specialized programs in womens medicine. Due to growth and the expansion of services we are seeking the following:Mother Baby Unit DirectorBC Pediatrician, experience with education and administration preferredOversight and leadership of 72 bed mother/baby unit which includes a talented team of 8 physicians, 10 nurse practitioners and pediatric residentsProvide 20-22 weeks of clinical care of newbornsProtocol development, resident teaching, educational lectures for training new NPs joining the serviceAcademic appointment at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown UniversityCompelling compensation and benefits package including paid tailEnjoy the Ocean State with endless outdoor activities, four seasons, a fabulous, dynamic culinary, arts and culture scene, numerous top tier schools, an
