Accounting Manager

We are a small, stable, and growing coal company committed to excellence and sustainability. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team and contribute to our financial success. Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.Conduct reconciliations and ensure accuracy in all financial records.Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support.Utilize Sage software and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.MBA (preferred).Extensive experience in handling balance sheets, P&L, and reconciliations.Supervisory experience in an industrial company.Proficiency in Sage software and Excel.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
