We are seeking an experienced and motivated full-time on-site Administrative Strategist to CEO who can facilitate initiatives for the CEO, act as a trusted partner to deliver professional and productive executive support.

Employees are required to work on-site.
We have an immediate need for a Level One Systems Engineer for the following tasks for a manufacturer in the southeast WI area:Able to work the IT systems required for the infrastructure of a major manufacturerThe application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with end users to determine hardware, software or system functional specificationsThe design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs; including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specificationsMonitor infrastructure and server performance; remediate issuesChecking the status of projects and work assignments through completion.Preparing reports for management; preparing general and detail designsWork as team with technical support and systems engineering staffProactively learn and utilize new technologies, concepts and procedures as appropriate to project requirementsProvide technical input to other areas, gather, and document technical data.Plans and executes testing and implementation of systemsDevelops, implements, and tests all system implementations within customer area or within Information TechnologyAssist the internal IT department with strategic development approachesEnd-user interfacing for the purpose of support and implementation of new systems and trouble-shooting problems with existing systemsSome travel may be required.
Qualifications
Qualifications3+ years of system administration experience. Management of shared computer infrastructure.3 years of business experience in a high technology area and/or systems analysis experience.Experience in IT engineering in a manufacturing environment is a plus!Knowledge of and support experience with VMWare 6.x in enterprise environments.Bachelor's degree (preferred) in information systems or equivalent work experience.Working knowledge of client-server applications, web-based applications, databases and networking. Windows 10 and Active Directory experience.Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenExperience in supporting clients in person

The pay is based on the local market and on the skills that the individual brings to the opportunity. Base pay for this role is $75,000/yr-$100,000/yr DOE.
