SAIC is seeking an experienced
Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO)
to support a program in Cape Canaveral, FL.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Assist in self-Inspections/customer inspections as required.
•Assist in management/operations of a SCIF in accordance with ICD 705 requirements.
•Administer security programs and procedures for classified materials, documents, and equipment.
•Maintain a secure environment to facilitate the successful development and execution of classified programs at the assigned organization where classified information is stored, accessed, or where accessed personnel are assigned.
•Possess a working understanding with both the 32 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 117 (NISPOM) and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), to include ICD-705 (Physical Security).
•Perform COMSEC account/equipment management activities (CRO).
•Support the control of visitor ingress/egress, escort visitors, which includes verification of visitor clearances, coordination of conference room meetings and briefing visitors on facility security requirements.
•Escort visitors and uncleared personnel.
•Operations Security (OPSEC).
•Security Awareness Training and Education.
•Administrative duties in support of program (manage office and breakroom supplies).
•Manage conference rooms and hotel workspaces reservations.
•Classified and unclassified badge inventory.
Qualifications
•BS degree with a min. of 5 years of experience.In lieu of degree must have min of 10 years of experience.
•Must have active TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph.
•Must be a U.S. Citizen.
•Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•Attention to detail and strong organizational skill are critical to the success of this position.
