Encourage a safe work environment.Mentor your team in developing methods of advanced defect detection on leading DRAM development.Build an environment of continuous improvement process (CIP) demeanor, looking for ways to improve operations, and how to make a difference today!Develop inspection technology roadmaps to drive our internal and external partners enabling a clear path to future memory needsManage projects internal to your team and across functional areas.Direct your team to recognize detection gaps and implement strategies that enable effective monitoring of defect issues.Develop clear metrics for inspection quality and drive improvements.Build and improve upon detection techniques and identify new ways to use existing tools in order to identify relevant process issuesWe expect active participation in technical meetings and then synthesize from it new opportunities or novel approachesCollaborate with the global network to develop best known methods and maintain alignment between sites
Education:
Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field.
