Position SummaryThe Lift Operator is responsible for filling guest orders and delivering them to the delivery dock in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity. Efficiently pick guest orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.

Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned.Operates forklift / Order Picker in and around warehousePulls product from the warehouse for shipment to the stores and DC'sMoves product from Inbound Bins into the racks according product type and dimensionRelocates product from end caps and service area into racksEfficiently pick customer ordersEnsures inbound product and transfers received are stored in designated rack areasResponsible for scanning merchandise prior to moving it to a different locationPositions product on racking systemCarry or transports orders to the dock with material handling equipmentAble to operate radio frequency equipmentConducts operations in compliance with OSHA standardsConducts operations in a manner that promotes safetyResponsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filledInspects the equipmentMaintains a clean free from debris warehouse floorMeet company standards for productivityQualifications

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1-2 years experience of forklift operation in a fast paced, warehouse environment. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs.

Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.

Compensation: $17.50 - $22.75

Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
