We are looking for a Content Creator and Video Editor based in Denverto join our growing team on our mission of becoming the #1 Probiotic Supplement Company in the US .
This person will be responsible for creating, editing and testing video content on our social channels .What Youll Do:Create engaging in-office content in collaboration with the social team to test what resonates with audienceGenerate creative content ideas and work closely with the creative team to bring concepts to lifePost content 3x daily across TikTok and Instagram to analyze performance and iterate on what works bestFilm and edit TikTok content directly within the app, utilizing features such as stitches, comment replies, and trending soundsEdit videos to ensure high-quality, polished content for both TikTok and InstagramCollaborate with the social team to brainstorm and refine content ideas, leveraging their expertise for in-camera contentMonitor trends on TikTok and Instagram, staying up to date on what performs well on each platform and tailoring content accordinglyDevelop strategies for improving Instagram stories and overall page aesthetics, ensuring content aligns with brand goalsAnalyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and adjust content creation for optimal resultsQualifications:Proven experience creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram (portfolio, personal socials, previous employers socials)Expertise in TikTok filming, editing, and engaging with audiences through stitches, comments, and trending featuresProficient in optimizing Instagram Stories and Reels to revitalize and enhance our Instagram presenceBasic video editing skills utilizing apps such as CapCut / Final Cut Pro (knowledge of Adobe Premiere is a plus)Strong understanding of content trends on TikTok versus Instagram and how to tailor content accordinglyCreative thinker with the ability to generate ideas and work collaboratively with multiple teamsStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage content posting schedules and meet deadlinesAbility to analyze content performance and pivot strategies based on data-driven insightsBONUS: If you have experience using cinema, mirrorless, or ENG cameras to produce high-quality content; showcasing strong videography skillsABOUT OUR COMPANY:Our founder, Logan Chierotti, almost lost his hearing as a teenager.
