We are seeking an experienced PC Technician to provide computer hardware support to end-users, our employees. This position will be based in our Baltimore office location. The person in this role will install, configure, diagnose, test, repair, and upgrade our company hardware and other equipment toits optimal performance. Responsibilities:

Research and recommend PC and printer equipment.Aid in development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.Identify and deliver required hardware service levels according to company policies.Provide training and support to end users on equipment operation and other issues.Install, configure, test, maintain, and monitor computer hardware.Troubleshoot end user and network hardware peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, and other products.Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex hardware problems and recommend and implement corrective solutions.Receive and respond to incoming calls and/or e-mails regarding hardware problems.Develop and maintain an inventory of peripheral and networking equipment.Document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment contracts and supervise contract-based installations.Qualifications :

7+ years' experience installing, configuring, diagnosing, and testing computer hardware.IT Certifications helpful.A high level of technical knowledge of corporate networks and hardware.Comprehensive hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.Ability to conduct research into hardware products and issues as required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Personal Attributes:

Miles & Stockbridge offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, Firm sponsored Memberships (i.e. Peloton, Norton LifeLock), and more.

The pay range for this position is $54,800 - $76,900. The pay range provided is in compliance with state, city, or local employment laws and applies to this location only. Actual pay for this position will be determined based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, current market data, and business needs.
