Apply to chat with a recruiter about the details!Depending on your location, you may be eligible for up to $8,000 in relocation assistance!Penrose 4th Floor Medical Unit:The 4th Floor at Penrose Hospital is a 21-bed medical unit that specializes in stroke and respiratory patients. There are three dedicated rooms for reverse isolation as well as rooms with ventilator capabilities. We also see a wide variety of other medical patients including endocrine, cardiac, gastrointestinal, genitourinary and receive trauma, surgical, oncology and ortho overflow.Our nursing unit is a great place to learn and grow in your career in an established Magnet designated hospital. We have a close group of employees who take pride in exceptional teamwork and are active in the floors Unit Practice Council.As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will assume responsibility and accountability for:Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
