Must have a proactive and get-it-done attitude, be flexible in a fast-moving environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills with all seniority levels.Financial Analyst will assist in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, implementation and business strategic analysis for specific business channel/segment. Conduct financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to provide timely support to cross-functional operational teams.This role will be a direct report to Director, Finance and involve engaging with various stakeholder

Responsibilities

Assist/Support month end, forecast & budget, presentation packs and Management Pack ensuring they communicate key messages, suggest and incorporate changes to format where necessary while delivering to management and stakeholders in a timely, accurate, and simple way.Adherence to reporting deadlines and working with wider Business channels to review inputs on a timely basis to ensure they are relevant and drive insight on which to base decision making with:Critical Thinking & Business AcumenForward looking alignment & reportingMetrics | KPI | Ad hoc analyticsFinancial ROI backgroundPartner with people beyond their functions and stakeholder group to explore ways to improve the FP&A data pipeline and processes, such as collaboration and stakeholder management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 8 years of related experience, MBA preferredExcellent MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skillsPrevious hands-on experience in the consolidation, preparation, and delivery of monthly financial analysis.Experience of interfacing with commercial teams.Report writing for a senior management audienceStrong communication skills and a team playerExperience with OneStream, Smart View, EssBase, & PeopleSoft preferred

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $80,000 - $100,000 annually
