Insight Global is seeking a Programmer Analyst 4 to work for a large Aerospace company in El segundo, CA. This individual will be tasked with performing the design, program, test, implementation and documentation of complex computing applications and software or computing architecture and computing application system designs. Analysis of end user processes to define application requirements. Writes and compiles complex code based on documented design or designs application architecture that integrates application software and delivery subsystems for specific applications. Modifies or upgrades complex applications to maintain functionality and performance. Identifies and recommends improvements. Identifies and resolves complex programming or application architecture problems. The position requires a Secret clearence and going on-site in El Segundo, Ca 5 days a week from 8am-5pm

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with C++, Java, Batch scripting, PERL, XML processing,
Experience on both Windows and Linux server scripting
Experience with software programming processes, including but not limited to, version control, block point packaging and releasing, etc.
Minimun 3 years with relational database design, PL/SQL scripting and optimization
Ability to get a Security+ accreditation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with unit / component / integration testing to ensure high standards before deliveryExperience in building and deploying Java ApplicationsDevelopment and support for Custom CAD utilities to support 3D Model Based Design and Manufacturing
