Accountant

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid foundation in accounting and a strong aptitude for managing financial transactions and reporting.This Role Offers:Competitive salary and comprehensive health benefits.Hybrid work model with the flexibility to work remotely.A dynamic work environment with a growing company.Opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive team.Focus:Manage accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and collections.Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable, general ledger entries, and other accounting functions.Prepare financial statements and reports to assist in budgeting and financial analysis.Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate integration of Warehouse Fishbowl with Netsuite or Microsoft Dynamics.Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of necessary documentation and schedules.Assist in the preparation of financial reports and support audits as needed.Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting procedures and internal controls.Skill Set:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2-5 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on accounts receivable.Proficiency in accounting software and systems, with experience in Warehouse Fishbowl and/or Netsuite or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a hybrid work setting.About Blue Signal:Blue Signal is an award-winning, executive search firm specializing in finance & accounting recruiting.
